Case study: Windows 11 Migration in a Hospital System
Windows 10 support ended on October 14, 2025. On a 1,000-endpoint Windows 11 migration program across 9 sites, I provisioned devices with Windows Autopilot, worked within an Intune- and Entra ID-managed endpoint environment, worked with BitLocker-enabled endpoints and checked sign-in, mapped drives, printers and departmental applications before every handoff. I handled Active Directory account unlocks, password resets and group membership changes, and coordinated Windows 11 migrations that could be completed remotely.
Completed my assignment through its scheduled end. Before it ended, a manager on another NYU Langone team asked me to join his team on a new contract.

Riverside Health is a fictional hospital. Every lab below is DESIGNED / READY TO IMPLEMENT and NOT STARTED. A lab moves to IMPLEMENTED / TESTED / VERIFIED only after I build and test it myself and link the evidence.
